potty training

ugh....I've successfully potty trained 3 kids....3 totally different kids...and it took about a week (ok, about 2 days for Piper).  We started working with Pres back around Thanksgiving while we were at Disney - not smart to attempt to potty train a kid while on vacation.  She turned 3 in early January and started pre-k so I thought that would help our helpless situation out a bit.  No such luck -- here we are 5 months later and she is still the Accident Queen.

 I know I'm a lot of the problem - she has to wear a pull-up at school until she is accident free and I tend to put her in pull-ups because we are so busy and it's a lot easier to clean up a mess if it doesn't get outside of her pants.  I've cleared the schedule this weekend and as soon as I pick her up from school this morning, we are entering potty training boot camp.  Undies all weekend.  No turning back & may the odds forever be in MY favor.
