Piper has decided that cousins are the best thing in the world - especially the baby variety.  My cousin Becca was visiting from MN with her adorb twinnies - also in attendance was Becca's sister Katie's babe (Katie & her hubs are on a 10th anniversary trip to Maine).  Piper was in baby heaven - the cuteness was oozin out of the littles....
