Bless the Broken Road

I haven't posted for awhile for a couple reasons. First, the kids have been so busy! Chloe's meet season has started & Coop's wrestling practices have started up again. I've been busy at work & dh is FINALLY done with his field work. Another reason I haven't posted is that not much is going on in the adoption process. We have finished our home study & our social worker can send it in as soon as the state finishes our background checks. We did send in our medical clearance checklist stating that we are interested in adopting a little girl with cleft lip/palate and/or a minor heart condition. So, now we wait for our home study to be approved first by CCAI (our agency), then by the state & finally immigration. Our social worker hopes our dossier will be in China by the end of February.
